Curiosity is the springboard to great discussions.
That’s the premise of Trevor Noah’s new YouTube series called The Prompt, where he explores serious topics with probing questions. There are a few laughs along the way, too.
IHME co-founder Dr. Emmanuela Gakidou shared the spotlight with the comedian for the first episode of the series. The topic is mapping the world’s population so communities can get critical services.
The Prompt is a new series by Microsoft’s AI for Good Lab showing the role artificial intelligence can play in helping humanity. Earlier this year, IHME, Microsoft’s AI for Good Lab, and Planet Labs PBC launched a consortium partnership to use health metrics, machine learning, and satellite imagery to triangulate data in predicting and addressing global health threats.
